E3 Nutrition followers - it’s been a while! I apologize for that.

We have been extremely busy building the business in several different aspects. Center-stage right now is the launch of E3 Performance Meals!

The goal of today’s post is to provide you details on the HOW!

How it WORKS

E3 Performance Meals has partnered directly with Woodlands Cafe and Coffee Roasters and Chef Marie Carlson to provide you carefully curated meals to assist in your journey to overall health & wellness!

STARTING AUGUST 5th - The ordering window will open Monday mornings at 8am and close Wednesday evenings at 8pm.

Meals will be picked up and delivered to our (3) pickup locations on Sunday afternoon around 3pm.

How to ORDER

Step 1: Click on ‘E3 Performance Meals” in the top right corner

Step 2: Browse the Options (will vary week to week)

IMPORTANT

*You can select a pickup window, but it’s not relevant

*The pickup address is JUST THE ADDRESS FOR WOODLANDS (the actual pickup location will be determined during checkout)

Step 3: Select the Option you want, adjust the quantity, click “Add to Cart”

Step 4: Continue browsing, or head to cart

Step 5: Edit cart, add promo codes (when available), notes, then checkout

Step 6, Part A: Enter information, select PICKUP LOCATION

Step 6, Part B: Select method that drove you to purchase

Step 7: Review and place order (opt-in to subscribe for new menus, discounts, and important info around holiday times and other announcements)

How to RECEIVE

If you select Regymen Fitness - Macon as a pickup location, you will be able to pick up on Sunday during their 3:00pm class OR starting Monday at 5am.

If you select D1 Training - Macon or Woodlands - Kathleen, you will be able to pickup beginning Monday morning at 6am.

*If you wish to pickup Sunday afternoon and want to meet the pickup drivers at the locations, that would be fine also! However, you are at the mercy of the driver & their timing. At this time, we don’t offer personal deliveries.

The pickup window technically doesn’t have a closing time, but we recommend consuming or freezing with (5) days of manufacture (which would be by Friday of every week).
