The Story
I started E3 Nutrition in 2022 with the goal of helping people become educated on nutrition and the proper fueling of their body.
Since the conception, we’ve:
Added Certified Staff (5 Nutrition Coaches + 1 Certified Personal Trainer)
Added Services (Stand Alone Consults, Presentations/Seminars, Grocery Shopping, Pop-Ups, Macro Adherence Planning, Kitchen Resets + more)
Increased Visibility (Website + Social media outreach)
Hard Coded Education (E3 Nutrition eBook)
Created Internal Tools (Online Macro Calculator)

As I continued to envision the future, one thing remained - our mission.
Educate | Empower | Elevate
This mission is designed to EQUIP you with the education you need to stand alone, without us.
If you keep needing us, we are failing you.
With that model however, we wanted to find a way to keep the community intact!
How could we not only create sustainability in our team members’ lifestyle and transformations, but ALSO in our community?
The answer - provide them convenient, clean, macro-friendly nutrition.
The Partnership
This project has been in the works for a LONG time.
We have encountered various trials along the way - red tape around laws & regulations, business plan revisions and most importantly, the partnership.
If we were going to embark on this, we wanted to do it right the first time.
We could not be more excited to partner with the team at Woodlands Coffee Roasters & Cafe.
I won’t go deep into the details here, but GO CHECK OUT THEIR STORY.
This family, this story, and this business mean a lot to me personally. I feel confident in this partnership.
How it Will Work
We want to make this as simple as possible on the end-user, YOU and quite frankly, on us too!
In a general sense, this is how the process will work:
The menu for the next cycle gets presented
You place your order
Woodlands prepares the order(s)
We pick up the orders
We drop-off at designated pick-up locations
You pick up and ENJOY!
The meals will have “enjoy or freeze by” dates, preparation instructions, meal descriptions, and accurate macronutrient and calorie counts on the label.
Again, our goal here is convenience on your end!

Expanded Pickup Locations
Local Partnerships (schools, sports, teams, philanthropy)

The Timeline
“Eli, this all sounds great, but WHEN?!”
Trust me, I want them too! I am probably going to be a weekly customer.

Began Sample Menu Prep
Determined (2-3) pickup locations
Next Steps:
Build Out ordering interface (web-based)
